Anne Curtis-Smith is an Australian-Filipino actress model, television host entrepreneur and recording artist.She has been awarded numerous awards over the course of her career, including 2 FAMAS Awards a Luna Award two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and five PMPC Star Awards for Television. She has been nominated to win the eight PMPC Star Awards, two Gawad Urian Awards, as in addition to the Gawad Urian Awards. In addition, she hosted the show's variety program It's Showtime at noon (2009-2010) Curtis is the daughter Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina born in Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian lawyer. Her birthplace was Yarrawonga located in Victoria, Australia. Her father was married to Ojales an Filipina woman from Bolinao Pangasinan in 1982. Jasmine's younger sister is an actor was her father. Clare is an aunty of them on the day of father's death. Clare passed away at 4 months in 2007 from an illness of the heart.
